Are you gearing up for your first window cleaning appointment with Best Way Window Cleaning? We understand that you might have a few questions about what to expect and we're here to ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.
Here are some of the most common questions we receive from our clients about what to expect from a window cleaning.
What do I need to do to prepare for my windows to be cleaned by Best Way Window Cleaning?
Here are a few things you can do that let Best Way Window Cleaning focus on giving your windows the clean they deserve:
Exterior windows: Move any items—like BBQs, toys, and doggie dodo—that are directly below your windows so we can have access to our ladders.
Interior windows: Pull up blinds, remove all screens, open curtains, take all knickknacks from window ledges and remove suncatchers. Please move any lamps and plants away from your windows so we have easy access to your interior windows.
Window screens: If you are unable to remove your window screens and other materials please let us know ahead of time. We can carefully move items, but are not responsible for any breakages.
Sprinklers: Please turn off any programmed sprinklers for the morning of your cleaning day. Wet grass can make our working area unsafe.

For high and hard-to-reach windows we now use a water fed pole (as shown in the photo above) which allows us to clean your windows safely from the ground.
For lower and interior windows we still prefer to use a hand-held squeegee and cleaning solution which is the tried and tested way of getting squeaky clean windows.
What happens if a resident complains that their window is still dirty?
We strive for perfection, but if you notice any issues with your windows after our cleaning, let us know within seven days.
Here’s what to do if you spot a problem:
Check for dirty glass on the inside: Sometimes, the issue might be on the inside surface of the window.
Look for condensation build-up between the panes: This can happen if there's a damaged window seal.
Inspect for mineral stains: Over time, minerals can build up on glass surfaces.
If none of these apply, we'll schedule a follow-up visit to make things right. Our goal is your satisfaction. However, if the complaint is found to be unjustified, a small fee will be charged for the service call. Your happiness with our service is our top priority!
With our professional team and top-notch services, your windows will soon be crystal clear, allowing more natural light to brighten your space and improve your view. Let's get started!
